Privacy

Food4Thought is designed with data minimisation. We collect what is needed to run jobs, business profiles and (later) competitions. This page is a working notice for the Australian launch and will be finalised with counsel before go-live.

What we collect

• Account name, email and member type.
• Candidate profile fields you choose to provide, including résumé files stored privately.
• Applications, screening answers and employer notes.
• Business profile details and job listings.
• Reports sent to moderation.

Visibility

Candidate profiles default to applications-only. Public professional profiles never show home addresses, identity documents, bank details or résumé files. Search engines are told not to index account, application, checkout or admin pages.

Sharing

Employers who receive an application can see the details you submitted. We will not sell candidate lists. Live hosting will use Stripe and Supporting Small Business for payments and login; those providers receive only what their services require.
